02Service Description

Aelita is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides AI-powered real-time assistance during online interviews. The service captures audio and screen content from the user's device, processes it using artificial intelligence, and delivers structured hints to the user's mobile device or Bluetooth earpiece.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aelita. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

04Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

05Payment & Billing

Aelita uses a prepaid balance model. You top up your account balance by purchasing credit in fixed amounts (starting from €3). Balance is charged per AI interaction during sessions. All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as the merchant of record, which handles VAT collection and compliance on our behalf.

Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details.

07Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service; use the service to violate any applicable laws; redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the service; attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms.

08Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs, and content comprising Aelita are the property of Morerange S.L. You retain ownership of your personal data, including resumes and session content you provide.

09Disclaimer of Warranties

Aelita is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated hints will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The service depends on third-party APIs and internet connectivity, which may experience downtime or degradation.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morerange S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Aelita, including but not limited to lost opportunities, interview outcomes, or employment decisions.

11User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use Aelita and for ensuring that your use complies with any rules, policies, or agreements applicable to your interview process. Morerange S.L. does not encourage or endorse any violation of third-party policies.

12Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Upon deletion, all your personal data — including session history, resume, and account information — will be permanently removed from our systems. Any remaining balance at the time of account deletion will no longer be accessible. We recommend using your balance or contacting paddle.net before deleting your account.

13Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
