All payments for Aelita are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as the merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, VAT collection, compliance, and refund processing on behalf of Morerange S.L.

02Prepaid Balance Model

Aelita uses a prepaid balance model. You purchase credit in fixed amounts (starting from €3) which is consumed per AI interaction during sessions. There is no subscription — you only pay for what you use.

03Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions and Paddle's Refund Policy. To request a refund, visit paddle.net, use the "View receipt" link in your payment confirmation email, or contact us at aelita@morerange.it.
